Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

Effective date: October 2026
Last updated: October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Letterbox Capital OH LLC ("Letterbox Capital," "we," "us," or "our"), the manager of Ohio Access Fund LP (the "Fund"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit letterboxcapital.com and its landing pages (the "Site"), respond to our ads (including on Facebook and Instagram), fill out one of our forms, schedule a call, or communicate with us by phone, text message, or email.

Contents

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form on the Site, a Meta Lead Ads instant form, an application, or a scheduling tool, or when you call, text, or email us, you may provide:

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number (including mobile number), and city or state.
  • Investment interest: the amount or type of investment you are considering, your timeline, and how you heard about us.
  • Self-reported eligibility: whether you believe you are an accredited investor.
  • Scheduling details: the time you book and anything you tell us in the booking form.
  • The content of your messages and calls. Calls may be recorded where permitted by law and with any notice the law requires.

If you later decide to invest, we (or a verification provider) will collect additional information to verify accredited-investor status and complete subscription documents. That information is covered in Investor information.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site or interact with our ads, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, approximate location derived from IP address, the ad or campaign that brought you to us, and form-submission events. We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, described in Section 2.

Information from others. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms such as Meta (for example, when you submit a Lead Ads form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the details you entered), from service providers who help us run our marketing and scheduling, and from people who refer you to us.

2. Cookies, pixels, and online advertising

We and third parties, including Meta Platforms, Inc., may use cookies, web beacons (pixels), software development kits, server-to-server tools (such as the Meta Conversions API), and similar technologies to collect or receive information from the Site and elsewhere on the internet. Those third parties, including Meta, use that information to provide measurement and analytics services, and to target and deliver ads, including ads on Facebook and Instagram and on other websites, based on your activity on the Site and elsewhere.

We use these technologies to:

  • keep the Site working and remember your preferences (for example, which content you chose to see);
  • understand how visitors use the Site and which ads and pages work;
  • measure the results of our advertising; and
  • show our ads to people who have visited the Site or shown interest, and avoid showing ads to people who have already responded.

When we send information to Meta through the Conversions API, contact details such as email or phone number are hashed (converted into a scrambled code) before they are sent, and are used for matching. We do not intentionally send information about your finances, income, net worth, or accreditation status to advertising platforms.

How to opt out of interest-based ads:

  • Meta: adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences or in your Facebook or Instagram settings under "Ad preferences," including the setting for "Activity information from ad partners."
  • Industry opt-outs: use the Digital Advertising Alliance tool at aboutads.info/choices (US), the Network Advertising Initiative tool at optout.networkadvertising.org, or youronlinechoices.eu (Europe). For mobile apps, see youradchoices.com/appchoices.
  • Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended.
  • Global Privacy Control: we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for that browser (see Section 8).
  • Do Not Sell or Share: use the request option in Section 8.

Opting out of interest-based ads does not mean you will stop seeing ads; it means the ads you see may be less relevant. Opt-outs are generally specific to the browser or device you use.

The Site also uses Google Fonts to display text, which means your browser connects to Google's servers, and embedded third-party tools (such as our application form and scheduling calendar) that may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiry and contact you about the Fund and related opportunities you asked about, by phone, text message, and email (subject to your choices in Sections 5 and 6);
  • schedule and hold calls and meetings;
  • determine whether you may be eligible to invest, and, if you choose to proceed, verify accredited-investor status as required for offerings under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D;
  • provide offering materials to eligible prospective investors and administer investments;
  • operate, secure, and improve the Site and our marketing, including measuring and optimizing our advertising;
  • prevent fraud, protect our rights and the rights of others, and keep records; and
  • comply with law, regulation, legal process, and requests from regulators.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not rent or sell lead lists. We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers that work on our behalf and are allowed to use the information only to provide services to us. These include our marketing agency and its sales development team that contacts inquiries for us, customer-relationship-management (CRM) and marketing-automation platforms, phone and text-messaging providers and carriers, scheduling and calendar tools, form and survey providers, website hosting, email providers, analytics providers, accredited-investor verification providers, fund administrators, and our accountants and lawyers.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, including Meta. As described in Section 2, information about your activity on the Site may be made available to Meta and similar partners for ad measurement and targeting. Under some state laws (including California's), this can count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or in some cases a "sale," even though no money changes hands. You can opt out as described in Section 8.
  • The Fund and our affiliates, for the purposes described in this policy. This does not include mobile numbers or text-message consent for marketing purposes (see Section 5).
  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, subpoenas, or regulatory requests; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Letterbox Capital, the Fund, investors, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to this policy's protections.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Phone calls and text messages

Consent. If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted (for example, by checking a consent box on a form or Lead Ads form), you agree that Letterbox Capital and those acting on its behalf may call and text you at that number about the Fund, your inquiry, and scheduled calls, including by automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages where permitted. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or investment. You can contact us by email instead.

Text-message terms (Letterbox Capital program):

  • Messages: inquiry follow-up, scheduling, appointment reminders, and information about the Fund you asked about.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You can also opt out by any other reasonable means, such as telling our team or emailing us.
  • Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in Contact us.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number stays with us. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with service providers that help us deliver our own calls and messages (such as messaging platforms and phone carriers), and only for that purpose.

Do not call. To stop phone calls, tell the person calling you or email us, and we will add your number to our internal do-not-call list.

6. Email

If you give us your email address, we may send you information about your inquiry, scheduled calls, and Fund updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by emailing us. We will honor opt-out requests promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Even after you opt out of marketing email, we may still send non-marketing messages, such as replies to your questions or messages about an investment you hold.

7. Investor information

If you invest or begin the investment process, the information you provide for accredited-investor verification, subscription documents, tax reporting, and anti-money-laundering and identity checks is confidential. It is governed by the Fund's offering documents, including its Private Placement Memorandum, Limited Partnership Agreement, and Subscription Agreement, and by applicable law. The privacy notice for investors required under financial privacy laws (such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) is provided separately in the Fund documents. If that notice or the Fund documents conflict with this policy for investor information, they control.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Choices everyone has. You can opt out of texts (reply STOP), calls (tell us), marketing email (unsubscribe link), and interest-based ads (Section 2) at any time.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of information, sources, purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep under securities, tax, or anti-money-laundering laws);
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, including for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information, to the extent we use it for purposes that require this right; and
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising technologies such as the Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" (or a "sale") under California and other state laws. To opt out, email us at the address in Contact us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share," or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. Because cookie-based opt-outs are tied to your browser, please also use the ad-preference tools in Section 2.

California notice at collection

In the past 12 months we may have collected: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (investment interest); self-reported financial eligibility (accreditation status); internet and network activity (Site and ad interactions); approximate geolocation; audio recordings of calls; and inferences about your interest in investing. Sources and purposes are described in Sections 1 and 3. Identifiers and internet activity may be shared with advertising partners such as Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Retention is described in Section 9.

How to make a request

Email us at the address in Contact us. We will verify your request by matching information you provide with information we have, and we will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."

9. Data security and retention

Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we require our service providers to protect it too. No website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or bank details, by text or ordinary email; we will provide a secure method when it is needed.

Retention. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Prospect and lead information is generally kept while we have an active conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterward (generally no longer than three years after our last contact), unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Opt-out and do-not-call records are kept so we can honor your choices. Investor records are kept for as long as required by the Fund documents and by securities, tax, anti-money-laundering, and other laws.

10. Children and international visitors

Children. The Site and our offerings are intended only for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors. The Site is operated in the United States and is intended for U.S. persons. Ohio Access Fund LP is not offered outside the United States through this Site. If you visit from another country, your information will be processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. No offer of securities

Nothing on the Site, in our ads, or in our calls, texts, or emails is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any offer of interests in Ohio Access Fund LP is made only through the Fund's offering documents, and only to investors whose accredited-investor status has been verified, in reliance on Rule 506(c) of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933. See our Disclosures.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, if the changes are material, take reasonable steps to let you know. Changes apply to information collected after the updated policy is posted.
